Licorice and Roselle Tea

Roselle itself has a slightly sour taste, while licorice has a sweet taste, which can neutralize some of the sourness of roselle, so that the tea has a slightly sour taste at first, followed by a sweet aftertaste, with a rich and layered taste.
Roselle has antioxidant, lipid-lowering, digestion-promoting, and beauty-enhancing effects.
Licorice has the effects of soothing the liver and regulating qi, as well as detoxifying and relieving pain. A tea made by combining the two can, to some extent, help to soothe emotions, promote metabolism, and provide antioxidants.
