Course Content

Include all ingredients, instructions, steamer, one senior instructor, and one assistant. (English instruction is available.)

Our most popular workshop is the "Cartoon Cha Guo Course," which has been held in over 100 sessions. Participants can use various natural food coloring to create Cha Guo in different shapes. Not only will participants learn the techniques of making Cha Guo, including the finer details from kneading the dough to steaming, but they will also gain insights into the cultural origins and historical anecdotes behind them. 🔎👀

We provide a range of customized workshop packages tailored to meet your specific needs. We welcome inquiries from large corporations, schools, and group organizations!
  • Holiday exclusive workshops include:
    Dragon Boat Festival rice dumplings, Christmas Cha Guo, Easter Cha Guo, Mid-Autumn Festival sago mooncakes, and special New Year rice cakes.
