General Ordering Information

1. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified, and the payment made is non-refundable.

*In case you need to change the pickup/delivery date due to special circumstances, please notify us at least 72 hours before the original pickup/delivery date by calling +852 9818 2324.

2. Our pastries are freshly made daily, and quantities are limited. To ensure you get your preferred products, we recommend placing an online order at least three days in advance and picking up at the store or arranging for delivery (free shipping for orders meeting the specified amount).

3. There is no limit to the quantity of items in an order, but to ensure product quality, we kindly request placing the order at least three days in advance. For bulk orders (more than 60 items of a single product), please contact us via WhatsApp to place the order (using the icon in the bottom right corner).

4. In the event of bad weather conditions (such as typhoons or heavy rain) on the pickup date, will the delivery/pickup be affected? In case of a black rainstorm warning or a typhoon signal number 8 or above, the order will be automatically rescheduled, and we will contact you to make new arrangements. Once food has been ordered, no refunds will be provided. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

5. If there is a missing or incorrect item in your delivery, please notify us immediately for a replacement or refund. Failure to notify us on the same day will result in no compensation being provided. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

In case of any disputes, Time To Gold Limited reserves the right to make the final decision regarding ordering arrangements, terms, and conditions.

Online Ordering Procedures

  1. Add the desired products to your shopping cart.
  2. Click on the "Shopping Cart" icon located in the top right corner of the page to access your cart.
  3. Choose the delivery area and select either local logistics delivery (shipping fee to be paid upon delivery) or in-store pickup.
  4. Click on "Checkout" after selecting your preferred option.
  5. In the "Order Form," enter your customer information and select the pickup method. Proceed to calculate the shipping fee and verify the shipping method.
  6. Then, click on "Continue to Payment."
  7. Fill in the payment details in the "Payment Information" section and click on "Pay Now."
  8. Once the payment is successfully processed, the online ordering process is complete, and you will receive a confirmation email.

*Please check your junk/spam email folder as there is a possibility that the confirmation email might be mistakenly classified as such.

  • In-store pickup

    Please visit the selected store for pickup on the confirmed date and time. When picking up the order, please provide the order number, customer name, or contact phone number to the store staff for verification.

    • Is it possible to pick up the order earlier?

    If you need to pick up the order earlier than the scheduled date, please contact our customer service for assistance.

    • What if I haven't received the "Order Ready for Pickup" email?

    You can still proceed to the store for pickup on the selected date. Simply provide the order number when you arrive at the store, and you will be able to collect your items.

    *Ground floor delivery service refers to locations within residential estates or buildings where parking is available free of charge. Our company will not cover any parking fees.

  • Other Delivery Information

    • When will I receive delivery information?

    On the day of shipment, we will send you the delivery details via WhatsApp, including the driver's license plate number, contact phone number, and the delivery fee. The driver will also give you a call when they are nearing the delivery location.

    • Can I arrange delivery upstairs?

    Yes, but there is an additional delivery fee, which is payable in cash by the customer to the delivery driver upon receipt of the goods.
