Time To Gold Membership Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Member points and accounts are for the use of members only.
  2. Members can earn points by spending on the Pastry Time official website. The calculation method is HK$1 equals 1 member point/GOLD.
  3. Member points must be settled at the time of purchase and no replacement is available.
  4. Member points are based on the Time To Gold system. Points can only be used to redeem benefits and will be void after the expiration date.
  5. Member points cannot be transferred or reused.
  6. Birthday gifts can only be redeemed in the month of your registered birthday. Points earned on regular-priced items purchased for the first time in your birthday month will be counted twice. Reward points will be automatically added to members' accounts within 14 working days.
  7. Exclusive member offers, new product experiences and priority bookings will be released from time to time. Please leave a message in the electronic member newsletter for details.
  8. In case of any disputes, Time To Gold reserves the right to make the final decision, including suspending, changing or terminating the event and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
