- 會員積分必須在購買時結算，不設補領。
- 會員積分以Time To Gold 糕點時光系統所示作準，積分只可用作禮遇換領，逾期作廢。
- 會員積分不可作轉讓或重用。
- 生日禮遇只可於所登記的生日月份領取，生日月份內的第一次購買的正價貨品積分將作雙重計算。獎賞積分會於14個工作天內自動加到會員戶口。
