Rice cup cakes, cha-gwo, and sesame rolls have witnessed many  people's childhood memories. With the development of society, traditional pastries have gradually been phased out, and the precious craft is facing the risk of extinction, almost disappearing in Hong Kong.

"Time To Gold" is a social enterprise dedicated to preserving the traditional pastry culture. We provide pastry sales and consignment, skills training, experiential workshops, and information sharing services, hoping to promote women's empowerment and elderly employment while providing these services.
