General Ordering Information
1. In-store stock
Pastries are freshly made daily and in limited quantities. To ensure that customers can purchase their desired products, we recommend that customers place an online order at least three days in advance, and then pick up their order in-store or arrange for delivery service (free delivery for designated amount).
2. How to order? Are there any limitations?
There is no limit to the quantity of products that can be ordered, but to ensure product quality, we kindly ask customers to place their orders at least three days in advance. For large orders (over 30 items per product), please contact us via WhatsApp to place an order (click the icon in the lower right corner).
Select pickup/delivery method:
- Pickup at store
If you choose to pick up at the store, how can I pick up at the store? - Please pick up at the store specified in the confirmation email on the confirmed date and time. When picking up, you must present the confirmation email to the store staff for verification.
- Designated delivery day
- *Streetcar delivery does not include door-to-door delivery, all goods depart from Sai Ying Pun, and delivery fees are calculated based on the distance of delivery. Please refer to the Lalamove official website or mobile application.
After clicking "Checkout", enter customer information and pickup method in the "Order Form", calculate shipping costs and verify shipping method in the next step, then click "Continue to Payment";
After filling in the payment information, click "Pay Now";
After a successful payment, the online ordering process is complete, and a confirmation email will be received.
3. Is there a delivery fee for using courier service?
Free delivery for orders over $800 in Hong Kong Island (excluding door-to-door delivery)
Free delivery for orders over $1200 in the New Territories (excluding door-to-door delivery)
When ordering through WhatsApp, payment methods include bank transfer, Payme, and FPS.
5. Delivery service area
Delivery service is only available in Hong Kong. The service area is limited to designated areas, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. Delivery service is not available in outlying islands, Lantau Island, Chek Lap Kok, Ma Wan, and Discovery Bay.
6. Can you arrange for delivery upstairs?
Yes, but an additional fee will be charged for upstairs delivery, which must be paid in cash to the delivery driver upon receipt.
7. After completing the order, can I change the pickup/delivery date?
If you need to change the pickup/delivery date, please call 9818 2324 at least 48 hours before the original pickup/delivery date.
8. If the pickup date encounters bad weather (such as typhoon or heavy rain), will delivery/pickup be affected?
If signal no. 8 or above or black rainstorm signal is hoisted, store operation or delivery/pickup may be affected. Please call 9818 2324 to understand the situation.
9. If it is used as a gift, can it be customized packaging?
If customers wish to customize the packaging, please inquire with 9818 2324.
10. Can a receipt be provided?
Please provide the receipt title (company/contact name) and phone number to 9818 2324, and we can provide an electronic receipt.
